"I'm very surprised at all the negative reviews of this place. Dr. Koslin is extremely knowledgeable and has really improved my quality of life. Koslin has been doing this for over 25 years. If you are looking for honest truth and no fooling around koslin is your guy. I've seen him for the past two years due to a tmj disease and terrible sleep apnea. I have had two surgeries under koslin and he has really really helped/fixed my jaw issues. I am about his daughter's age and he is always open to any and all questions i have. He treats me like his kid. He doesn't play around about surgery and is a very honest and blunt person. Im very thankful for this man's knowledge, experience, and help."

"In and out quick. Sweet caring staff. Very supportive throughout teeth removal. I had to get three wisdom teeth removed, but because I couldn't be fully put to sleep and awake for my removal, the assistants and doctor himself were very kind and made sure I was ok the entire time. I was definitely nervous not knowing what to expect, but Jack talked to me the whole time keeping the atmosphere light until Dr. Brannon came in. A day later and I'm still pain free with no swelling. "I was recommended to go here by another oral surgeon in Florida due to my TMJ issues. I drove 4 hours to go to this office, since they are the only ones in the state of Alabama that treat TMJ. It’s not often you go to a doctors office and know and are friendly with all the doctors in practice! Great people, who truly care about their patients and provide them with a caring, reliable and truthful experience. They always follow up their procedures with a check in call or 2, which is always appreciated as to not feel like I am being a nuisance if I have a question and/or post surgery pain. When I was referred by my dentist I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment soon because I had been in pain, but Kim(I think that was her name) squeezed me in same day and that made me so happy! The staff were very welcoming! I really loved Dr. Bannon! He was really concerned about my TMJ but I loved that he stuck with a more conservative route. He wanted to do alternative things but he came to the conclusion that doing a minimally invasive procedure would be the best route. I recently had that procedure and he took really great care of me! Erin the assistant who helped with my extraction has such compassion and care, you can tell she honestly does care about you while in her care. She (Erin) was so attentive she could tell I felt sick to my stomach and made sure I got medication so I didn't get sick on my way home. She was also training a lady, however I don't remember her name, she was very sweet and I feel like she will make a great addition to the staff. Dr. Denson was simply AMAZING! He explained what was going to happen during the procedure, what to expect afterwards and made sure I had something to help when the medication in the office wore off. He diagnosed my Trigeminal Neuralgia within minutes after seeing multiple Dr's, then it was later confirmed on MRI by neurology. He went out of his way to ensure my comfort through my Bilateral TMJ procedure, and was as conservative as possible to help minimize any further complications with TN. He did and amazing job! I had very minimal pain and recovery was a breeze. I've also had multiple extractions done with no problems. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Denson."

"I recently had a surgery for my wisdom teeth. Dr. Maniscalco and his team were great at the Hoover office. I deal with some TMJ problems and he explained everything thoroughly and gave me his professional opinion whenever I asked for his advice. His assistants were great. I wish I could remember the girls, it was a blonde girl and a girl with brown hair with highlights. They were so sweet and helpful when I was waking up. I hyperventilated a lot but they made me feel safe and were very patient with me. Aside from being a great place they are very affordable. If you pay out of pocket like me I highly recommend them. I traveled about 2 hours out just to be able to be seen by them. Overall a great place and they go above and beyond for their patients. There are not enough nice things to be said about their Hoover office. From the ladies in the front to everyone in the back."

"I've never heard of this place until searching online for places not far from my home since leaving home is stressful because of my anxiety. from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I was loaded back into my ride I was treated with the upmost respect. the receiptionist was very friendly and treated me more then just a patient. The staff was also very friendly and made me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Bannon was awesome and allowed me to be worked in for surgery that morning and only waited a hour. I was given sedation and don't remember anything. I highly recommend this group in Jasper for your oral surgery needs."

Also,😂 I know y’all are wondering what happened… I bit the inside of my lower lip so hard in *February* I caused a mucocele to form, it was extra annoying. They don’t really go away on their own, so the only option was to cut it out. (Highly wouldn’t recommend you Google what a mucocele looks like while you’re eating 🤢 they are not very glamorous.)"

"I am the biggest adult baby when it comes to dentist or oral surgeons. I was referred by another dentist due to a broken tooth that needed to be removed but I wanted an implant. I was getting my tooth pulled and getting a bone graft. I had to wait longer than I wanted but another patient needed more attention at the time due to a complication. Being a nurse myself, I understood. Once I got to the back they could see the fear on my face. From sitting in the chair to leaving the building, all the staff and Dr was great!!!! I cannot thank them enough for easing my fears and helping me to achieve a smile I want to keep. I saw Dr Maniscalco who looks to be the age of my oldest son. He is great! His assistant was honest with me telling me she has been there for a little over a month, she worked as if she has been there for years! No problem with my insurance or X-rays being sent over. I would recommend this practice to anyone!"

The doctor came in and showed me the xray and explained the procedure. I went to sleep and woke up with 2 less teeth. Easy as that. Afterward they talked to my husband about what to expect in the next few days and sent us home with a prescription and a paper with instructions on care. "Dr. Kahn performed TMJ surgery on me and informed me about all the pros and cons. He repaired my jaw which was more than any doctor had done in over 20 years. My jaw is not perfect but he told me that from the beginning. At least I can now open my mouth properly and eat without major problems. Can’t say much for his office staff, but Dr Kahn is the best around. I drove 4 hours to see him. Well worth it. I would highly recommend him."
